Who said your jeans need to be selvedge to look good? Today’s Fade of the Day is a pair of RPMWEST Japanese Slim Straight jeans that prove otherwise with some stellar fades.

This pair was submitted by UK-based Heddels reader David Tew, who very humbly says he did nothing special in these jeans. However, he did mention that when he gets a new pair, he wears them for special occasions only, and once they have some wear, they become his daily beaters.

This pair has certainly taking a beating; just look at those honeycombs! Plus, the frayed ends of where his cuffs, the outline of the back pocket structure, and the way the whiskers slice through to the back.
