Los Angeles based Pigeon Tree Crafting is truly a one-man operation, run by founder and creator Isaac Paul. Offering a host of humble accessories from belts to bags and bandannas to bookmarks, Isaac’s offerings are often crafted from natural vegetable tanned leather with an indigo twist.
In this case, we have a gradient dipped indigo bifold wallet. While we’ve seen many leather makers and artisans offer indigo dyed accessories, the gradient method really stands out. And the affordable price tag is an added bonus.
Whilst not quite the blank canvas of natural vegetable tanned leather, this indigo dipped number is perfect for those of us with the blues and will still develop a beautiful patina. With six card slots and a billfold slot, the edges are burnished with natural beeswax and each wallet is made to order, so allow a couple of weeks for delivery.
