Stevenson’s Imperial 120 Jeans Have Distinct Notes of Michael Jordan

Dear Stevenson Overall Co., two questions: 1) What? and 2) the fuck? The latest from the genius jeanmakers is the Imperial 120, and, sure, it’s a traditional 5-pocket design. But, take more than 2 seconds to give this one the up-and-down and you’ll see that calling them a pair of regular blue jeans is like calling Michael Jordan an average basketball player.

These 14oz. selvedge bad boyz feature a ton of details that make them stand out from the crowd like slanted and tucked belt loops, a reversed yoke, back pockets that I can only really describe as italics, (while we’re at it, the front pockets are also dramatic), and a sweet crotch rivet sitting next to the J stitch fly, evidence of the time-consuming single-needle stitching involved. You can give ’em the old’ shrink-to-fit treatment since they come unsanforized. And because they’ve got a good amount shrinkage left, you should see some serious seam puckering as well as a jump in fabric weight per square yard.
