Sure, you’ve heard of a sea wash for your raw denim, but if you really want to bang the environmental drum, get some seaweed in your selvedge.
Coming in a 12.5oz. Japanese selvedge denim, the fabric is made with yarn derived from seaweed. With a deep indigo warp, a light green weft and an eel skin leather back patch, this pair of jean slacks are definitely ‘unique’. They also feature a green selvedge ID, underwater graphic on the tag and the usual hallmarks of Naked & famous.
Coming in Easy Guy, Super Guy and Weird Guy fits, they’re made in the Great White North, as customary from Brandon Svarc’s Canadian house of denim wonders. Coming in at under $233, these are ideal if you want to break the mold without breaking the bank.
