Do you hear that? It’s the sound of the wolfhounds, the children of the night, crying out for Fade Friday. This time out we’ve got a pair of Sage Wolfhounds in a heavy 21 oz. denim to whet your appetite.
These jeans come to us from Fidell Muhammad of Jakarta, Indonesia, who says he’s been wearing them since Dec. 9, 2017. Since then he’s given them two washes by hand, one sea wash, and one soak. Fidell says he wears them to campus, which involves going 22 miles, six days a week. On Sundays? He wears them on his bike and for strolling too.
The result is a pair of solid jeans that tick all the right boxes for us, from the wing-like whiskers to the dark-and-light honeycombs that flare off the knees like lightning bolts.
