After 8 months of wear, Canada’s Andy Xia’s Pure Blue Japan x Okayama Denim jeans are ready to be today’s Fade of the Day.

As a student Andy has been consistently wearing these jeans for about eight months, donning them about four times a week, washing them four times, and soaking them once.

Andy’s persistence is starting to show off as the jeans are starting to lighten up in the high wear areas like the seat, back of the knees, and upper thighs, revealing a gloriously slubby denim. Keep it up Andy because this denim equivalent of a scratch off card is going to reveal truly impressive fades as you have them longer. Thats what I call winning the denim lottery!
