For this week’s Fade Friday we have a pair of Pure Blue Japan KS-013-WID sent to us by Ross in Illinois, who’s only worn them for eight months!
Most of that wear was at the office, but Ross also hiked, kayaked, and even wrenched his car to working order in these. They were worn until Ross lost too much weight to continue wearing them, but in that time, so much happened. Look at those rips on the cuffs! Ross also had one of the pocket bags repaired.
The denim itself has a lot of indigo left in it, but in the spots where it has faded, a very textured light blue comes through. The whiskers throughout are distinct, providing a nice contrast to the deep blue left in the jeans, as do the fades on the lap, knee, and where Ross kept his phone and wallet.
