Tuesday Bluesday is here with all kinds of deep blue fades for you, courtesy of today’s Fade of the Day. This pair of Iron Heart 888-NT were sent in by Heddels reader Jordan Puffer of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

These jeans are actually Jordan’s entry into the Denim World Championship, and as such he’s been wearing them exclusively since he entered the contest in 2017. Back then he couldn’t wear jeans to work, so they got use on the weekends and renovating a house that Jordan and his wife flipped.

That work, combined with this pair’s heavyweight denim, resulted in dramatic fading to certain spots, as well as some needed crotch repairs. Overall though, they’re still in that key electric blue fade spot when jeans are perhaps at their best.
