As always, MF products have a long story behind them which shows the amount of research they go through and it results in a super-detailed product, but the short version of the story is that these are based on the original Continental Trousers, a classic late 50s-mid 60s casual slack.

These short-slacks come in 2 NOS (new old stock) fabrics which include a 70/30 cotton/linen 11oz. cross hatch denim and a feathery light 86/14 cotton/linen 8.85oz. ivory twill that’s slubby and flecked. Each pair features corozo wood buttons at the fly, felled seams, gusseted crotch, buckle back, coin pocket, NOS metal cinch, and NOS European striped twill pocket bags and waistband lining, and believe it or not, much more!
