Corridor’s FW19 Lookbook Features a Blend of Americana Inflections

Summer is coming to a close and in anticipation of the cooler temps, Corridor is back with their FW19 offering and accompanying lookbook. Packed full of product, this season sees natural muted tones, classic check patterns, and Ivy style stripes, mixed in with the brand’s signature garments and silhouettes.

Continuing Corridor’s clean-cut approach, FW19 is a fresh take on contemporary American sportswear. Founder and designer Dan Snyder set out to “meld different regions’ interpretations of Americana into a cohesive whole”. The collection stays true to the brand’s roots with a distinctly Northeastern prep leanings but also sees elements of West Coast, New York, and Southern style. Standout pieces include a thigh-length military-inspired waxed winter parka, indigo-dyed suiting, and embroidered denim shirts. With some clear vintage influences and modern accents, production took place in responsibly-run factories across the globe including India, Peru, Portugal, and the USA. Considered and consistent with some unexpected details to keep you coming back for more, this is what we’ve all come to expect from this NYC based powerhouse of style.
