Tellason’s Coverall Jackets Receive a Waxy Rendition

Outside of their jeans, Tellason’s most popular item may very well be their Coverall Jacket. I myself have encountered it in locations that require connecting flights from LAX, SFO, ORD, and LGA, so it only makes sense that they tweak and tinker with their beloved product.

Their latest iteration is a trio of wax-covered versions that are perfectly suited for fall, with waxed canvas and moleskin body lining both originating in the UK, and taffeta sleeve lining from Korea. A truly international affair, each is made in the USA, the jackets retain the classic workwear details that have made this coverall a favorite: a standard point collar with a buttoned front placket, and a bevy of front utility pockets ranging from standard to chore-specific. I still have yet to figure out the perfect use for the long pocket at the front that happens to be perfect for carrying a rolled-up Sunday newspaper. But, hey, that’s the charm.

Available for $289 at Tellason.
