Broken-in raw denim with all the bells and whistles sure is fun to write about, but you can’t beat a straightforward Fade of the Day! This one comes to us courtesy of Tomasz Góralewicz, who’s racked up a nice collection of honeycombs and whiskers on his Levi’s 511s.
Tomasz was over the moon to find this Eternal Day model on sale in his native Poland because premium pairs of Levi’s can be hard to come by there. So, unsurprisingly, he’s worn them religiously for the last three and a half years, giving them just a single soak and countless washes. Have a close look at the front and you’ll see faint profiles of his phone and wallet in the pockets, along with good color changes and even whiskering. There’s also the telltale signs of a crotch blow out, but it’s nothing a little darning couldn’t fix!
Tomasz says it’s time to retire this pair now, but judging by the age of some of our recent Fade of the Day entries, we think they’ve still got some life left in them yet!
