Séfr Delivers Vintage-Inspired Overshirts

The brand Séfr began life as a vintage store before transitioning into an independent brand after its owners questioned their customers about what they felt was lacking in their wardrobes. Based on their vintage roots and intent to fill style gaps in otherwise well-rounded closets, it’s no surprise that they would make something so retro and handsome as the Nico Overshirt.

These boxy overshirts fit somewhere between a cardigan and a chore coat. There’s something so simple and evocative about their classic collars and large horn buttons, and you can choose whichever fabric would best suit your environment. The checked Camel shirt is made from a wool blend, while the dark gray model comes in a more textural polyamide/cotton blend. Both colorways have the same excellent construction, and with their minimal design, they ought to combine nicely with most things you already have. One can never have enough over shirts, and with fall and winter looming on the horizon, you might want to upgrade to the wool blend.

Available from $310 at Mister Porter.
