Allevol & Inverallan Come Together Once More For an Indigo Cable Knit

I’m currently on a sweater bender that might kill me. I’ve openly wondered if clothing consumption could turn fatal before, and this sweater thing might do it to me. I’ve lost my mind. I have an entire window of sweater tabs open right now. It’s just all sweaters. Every tab. There’s like 20 tabs. I don’t even know if I like any of them, it’s just where I’m at. And with that as a preamble, let me introduce you to my 21st tab, the Indigo Cable Knit Allevol did in collaboration with Inverallen.

Coming in like the thing you wished your grandma would’ve knit for you — this isn’t a shot at grandma; how would she find 100% indigo-dyed cotton yarn in the first place? And if she could,  I’d like to meet your grandma or at least hear stories about her because grandmas with an indigo-yarn plug probably also love Steely Dan and have a secret box on a high shelf that smells funny in a good way — this burner of a sweater was hand-knit in Scotland by Inverallen with a traditional cable-knit pattern, features a ribbed moc-neckline and ribbing at the cuffs and hem.

I’m still in a sweater-fuelled state of mania – but if you like it, get it – ‘cos these were made in very limited numbers (again, hand-knit) and figure to go soon.
