There comes a time in every denim heads life when they want to take their fading talents to other pieces of clothing. Usually this means a shirt or a jacket but we have something a little less conventional this Fade Friday – denim sneakers!
Michael Lukaczyn from the U.S.A. has worn his Iron Heart IHSN-01 sneakers for over a year and a half, taking the phrase ‘mold to your feet’ to a whole other level by actually fading as well as forming, to his exact steps. How did he distribute his steps you ask? Well, by hiking, biking, and visiting breweries.
With subtle creasing between each eyelet and bright patches of wear on the outer facing sides of the sneakers, these 21 oz. denim stompers prove that denim sneakers aren’t a gimmick and can earn a handsome patina while looking stylish all the way.
There is a lot of fading potential left in these sneaks, and it looks like Michael has already lined up his next pair ready to go. We hope that he shreds his current pair to pieces before he gets to work on the next.
