Ok, y’all know the drill by now. Masters of vintage-inspired denim wonderment Stevenson Overall Co. are no strangers to us here at Heddels. Taking some of the finest details of denim’s yesteryears and merging it with a contemporary Japanese lean, it’s not often they don’t hit a homer.
The Stevenson Mechanic Cap in Indigo Pin Stripe is a year-round go-to piece of headgear based on early Twentieth Century military and workwear caps. As with all offerings from the brand, they haven’t done this in a half measure; developing their own specially designed jacquard twill fabric.
Using vintage machinery to weave the fabric with indigo, natural and an over-dyed brown thread, it’s going to age to look like all those freshly picked farmhouse pieces you see on the ‘gram. You heard it here first (probably).
