While some of you may be happy to dress up in your regular business casual attire or raw denim, others of us are more interested in wearing clothes that are a bit more relaxed and comfortable. And that’s where sweatpants shine. While you may not be interested in wearing them in public, now is the ideal time to put some sweats to good use.

If you’re looking for some new sweats but don’t want to break the bank then Save Khaki’s Supima Fleece Field Sweatpants are a great option. Made from, you guessed it, Supima fleece, these sweats are a great pair of sweats with a slightly atypical style. With their extra wide elasticated cuffs and waistband, slanted hand pockets, and single back pocket, these sweats are sure become a fast favorite of yours.

3) Merz b. Schwanen: Open Leg Sweatpants

Merz b. Schwanen are of the best brands on the market for knits of all types with their Open Leg Sweatpants being one of their most classic options. Made in Germany from 3-ply 420g/sm fabric that was knitted on circular knitting machines, these baggy sweatpants feature elastic at the waste but not at the cuffs, which gives them a very different aesthetic. These sweats are finished two slit hand pockets, a single patch pocket, and natural cotton drawstring at the waist.

4) wings+horns: Original Sweatpants

wings+horns is another great option if you’re for a well made, but simple, pair of sweatpants. Their Original Sweatpants are made from a lightweight French terrycloth with a single welt back pocket, herringbone tape drawstring, and elasticated waistband and cuffs. These slim-fitting sweatpants are definitely a bit more streetwear-y than many other sweats on the market, but if that’s your style than these are a solid choice.

Their Leisure Pants are not your standard sweats, made in New York from a 52%/48% cotton/linen blend these pants offer sweats-level comfort with an improved aesthetic. They feature an elasticated waist but with the presence of belt loops and a fly in addition to a drawstring.

Plus One – Sunspel: Wool Lounge Pants

If you are looking for the crème de la crème of sweatpants then you’ve found it in Sunspel’s Wool Lounge Pants. Made from 100% Merino wool, these sweatpants redefine what it means for something to be sweatpants. With their elasticated cuff and waistband, drawstring, and slanted front pockets, these pants certainly fit the sweatpants aesthetic but with an unfamiliar wool fabric. While they might not be the only pair of sweats you want to have, they’re certainly a great one to add to your rotation.
