Momotaro has long been famed for its craftsmanship when it comes to their legendary jeans, and a brand that knows a thing or two about superior craftsmanship is WESN. The American knifemakers are long time fans of Japanese denim and to pay homage to this, they’ve collaborated with Momotaro to create a limited redesign of their calling card, the Microblade.
The Microblade is a titanium body micro blade measuring in at a total length of 3.75 inches—just the right size to put on your key set. It has the practicality of a larger knife whilst being lightweight and no bigger than your car key. This special edition version houses some of Momotaro’s classic sticks to the WESN’s successful Microblade formula but flaunts Momotaro’s most famous hallmarks.
The blade is etched with both Momotaro’s recognizable peach boy motif and WESN’s logo. In addition, Momotaro’s archetypal ‘battle stripes’ which feature on the back pockets of jeans from the band’s ‘going to battle (GTB)’ line are painted onto the handle of this collaborative Microblade.
Each knife comes complete with an all-natural leather Sheath specifically designed for the Microblade which will easily slot into your everyday carry.
