Roy Denim Does Roy Denim Things With Its R01 Jeans In XX20 Denim

No one does it like Roy.

Self Edge is offering a new version of Roy’s classic R01 straight-leg jean, this time in a new fabric. The XX20 denim comes from the now-defunct Cone Mills White Oak Plant, but it’s lighter in both color and weight than his customary blackseed denim.

This 12 oz., fully unsanforized fabric has been slightly processed to reduce leg-twist, but otherwise, it’s just pure shrink-to-fit Cone in all its glory. With welted belt loops, welted and lined back pockets, and custom, heavy-duty hardware; these jeans are almost a shame to fade. Roy’s jeans can handle anything you might want to throw at them, but beating them up feels a little sacrilegious.

All made by the man himself, these jeans are some end-tier goodness that might be the retail therapy gut-punch you need to navigate these trying/unprecedented/troubling/unchartered times.
