Viberg Caps Off Its Service Boot With British Shrunken Kudu Leather

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it… and if it’s a near-perfect classic, maybe just occasionally offer it in new leathers.

Viberg is back with its classic Service Boot, now in a Shrunken Kudu that screams “good patina!” Produced by the CF Stead tannery in England, the shrinking process gives this leather a great deal of character and nuance.

With vintage brass hardware, stitchdown construction, and a Dainite sole; the construction here is second-to-none. The shrunken-down leather already has a ton of character — natural little scuffs and markings from the wild life of the Kudu that will only be enhanced and highlighted over time, helping you achieve that perfect broken-in boot look it can often take years to achieve.
