Division Road Lugs Up Viberg’s Service Boot With a Commando Sole

Yep, you’ve guessed it. Seattle’s footwear collaboration wizards Division Road are back at it again with Vancouver’s Viberg. This time in the form of the Natural Dublin Service Boot with a Vibram Commando Lug Sole. Whether you’re planning on going Commando in these or just having a stroll through your local ‘hood, they’re going to be up to the task.

Made in Canada from a natural dublin leather provided by Horween, this iteration of the Service Boot is an updated interpretation of Viberg’s original work boot which was designed in 1931 by company founder Edwin Viberg. As with anything that both these brands touch, these boots are full to the brim with exacting details and tasteful charm.

Built on the 1035 Last, the Natural Dublin Service Boot features a cap toe, bellows tongue, antique brass eyelets, natural leather mid-sole, leather heel pull, and comes with natural rawhide and flat waxed laces. What really sets this version apart is the Goodyear Commando Lug Sole, given a recognizably outdoors profile to the boots. They just look, well,  damn good.

Available for $735 at Division Road.
