Polo RL Sports Sock 3-Pack Review

This piece is a part of our Great White Sock Review, which runs down all the different white cotton socks we could get our hands on.

The Ralph Lauren brand has long been the arbiter of both the floor and the ceiling of American luxury. These socks set the latter.

Fit

It’s a solid fit, not gonna lie. They happen to be a little bit sticky around the ankle and leave some indentations when they come off, but they nailed the toe seam. Easy socks to forget about.

Fabric

The fabric is fine. It’s plush but cheap, not unlike those hyper soft towels that are perpetually on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond but are completely useless at drying.

Construction

Again, solid but nothing to write home about. They do the bare minimum to be acceptable to bear the polo rider logo and nothing is amiss.

Conclusion

You’re paying an extra $5 a pair for that little pony embroidery. If you’re cool with that I’m cool with that.
