Canada’s Brendan has two uniqlo regular fit selvedge jeans that have been by his thighs for the last 7 years. That’s right, unlike most fade submissions that just feature one pair of brutalized denim, Brendan is in more of an open relationship fading two pairs at once. Scandalous.
Soaked and washed a total of 15 times each, I think any denim lover would be happy with just one of these pairs, but Brendan just had to show off and fade two jeans at once. And when both pairs combined cost half of some selvedge jeans on the market, I bet he’s extra smug.
Both pairs have just about reached peak fadez with super white thighs and seats, long thing streak like whiskers, and tiger-striped knee creases. Probably the most sensational detail is the consistency in fades across the two pairs. People say fades shows originality but Brandon kinda pushed that even further because his wear patterns are unique to him, squared. The first pair was luck, the second solidifies it.
