Yuketen’s Bostonian Is A Slip-On Patina Machine

Do good hunting with Yuketen‘s latest Portuguese-made run of the Bostonian slip-on. Yuki Matsuda’s handmade shoe brand pays homage to the Birkenstock Boston with this rendition of the clog style that’s made in a slower, more artisanal fashion. Yuketen’s emphasis on craftsman-made goods is what sets their Bostonian apart from something that’s a bit more slapped together on the assembly line. Goods made well with quality materials like natural vegetable tanned leather, toned to perfection, sure to age beautifully like any of your favorite leather possessions.

The Bostonian features a contoured footbed for comfort, jute midsole, and crepe outsoles. You won’t be worried about an insole when your feet melt into these slippers, there’s little doubt that they’ll conform and stretch to the shape of your foot like your dad’s old Bostons.  Brass hardware on the adjustable strap further echoes the Birk forefather.

Ready for fully-fledged patina patrol, these are only available in full sizes, so size up if you’re a half size, it’ll be way more comfortable that way.
