This Freewheelers Denim Hat Comes With Free Nickname

Freewheelers‘ popular “Smokey Bear” hat is back in stock, and this time it’s in a 14 oz. grand indigo-dyed denim specially milled for Freewheelers. Inspired by forest workers of the 1920s, you might be mistaken for an actual lumberjack when you put together your head-to-toe Japanese denim-packed ensemble, and you might find yourself wishing ill against those who don’t properly put out their camp fires.

This 14 oz. denim is even-handed, smooth textured, with some discreet vertical slubs happening. The Smokey features an internal headband with an adjustable strap, so you can loosen things up when your head expands from all that wildfire heat, or tighten things up when it’s cold. Speaking of staying cool, there’s a total of eight nickel-plated grommets on each side of the hat for proper air circulation.

Made in Japan and bound to fade like any of your favorite denim from Freewheelers, this rendition of the Smokey Bear is available for $180 at Corlection
