Warehouse Takes It Back To The Turn Of The Century With Its 1001xx 1901 Model

If you want the quality and accuracy of an original pair of turn of the century jeans but could really use that money to – I don’t know, buy a car, or a house, or pay for college – okay, maybe half of it — Warehouse & Co‘s Lot. 1001XX (1901 Model) isn’t just your savior from crippling debt but also an upgrade to your heritage-inspired wardrobe.

Unlike an actual pair of early 1900s denim where every new rip or stain would translate to decreases in value (if they are even wearable), you can actually wear these carefree and develop your own fades. And those fades might come quicker than you think. That’s because the 1901 Model has been rope dyed using natural indigo, creating a yarn that fades better and quicker than other pairs -a nod back to the early 1900s, by the way.

But don’t worry, it wouldn’t be Warehouse if the nods stopped there. Featuring a high rise with full silhouette, these 13.5 ouncers use a lock stitch construction, have exposed copper rivets – including one at the crotch – a cinch adjuster belt, and sewn in suspender buttons.
