Opie Way Crafts Extremely Limited Shoe For Raleigh Denim

Raleigh Denim and shoemaker, Opie Way collaborated once before and they clearly enjoyed the process. So much so, they’re back with a second collaboration that’s arguably even stronger than the first.

This time around they’ve got a gorgeous piece they’re simply calling “white leather.” And, white leather indeed! The shoe is a version of the classic deck shoe, a silhouette you’d probably associate with Vans or Sperry.  The veg-tanned natural Nappa upper has been stitched to an Italian rubber sole that will be comfy from the get-go, and the shoe is unbranded save for some braille which spells out the names of the two brands involved. Each pair is finished with tonal stitching, nickel eyelets, and glazed laces from Hickory, North Carolina.

This is a super limited release with only 20 pairs made and the pre-0rder window is ending soon. On August 3, in fact. So, for a subtle but gorgeous American-made shoe that won’t be around for long, you’ll need to be fast if you want these white wizards.
