Sage Unleashes Its Ridger Type II In Two Fabrics

Most people will have a preferred “type when it comes to trucker jackets. Each one has its own individual merit but as creatures of habit, we’ll always gravitate towards one because it is just not possible to wear all three at once. And before you ask, no, I haven’t tried.

Indonesian imprint Sage is offering a hybrid trucker of sorts, a fresh take and something unique that’s sure to stand out in amongst a sea of repros. The Ridger Type II Indigo Jacket comes in a choice of deep indigo denim or timeless Wabash finish, both derived from 14 0z. rope dyed 100% cotton. Greeted with dual front chest flap pockets and handwarmers, a couple of inside waist pockets, and a hidden chest pocket for good measure, the Ridger is not bound by any old blueprints and stands on its own two.

Made by Sage in Indonesia, the classic fit is brought together with polycore thread — chainstitched with Union Special 35800 —and finished with Sage signature leather patch and steel button.

Available in denim & wabash for $60 from Sage.
