Hinoya Made Loopwheeled Sweatshirts

The last sweatshirt you’ll ever need has arrived, and just like in your dreams it’s got a Set-in Crew Neck and comes in all the right colors from Navy to Heather Gray. Made by legendary denim vendor and proprietors of Burgus Plus, Hinoya, this classic sweatshirt is a cotton copy of its 1940s-ish inspiration, featuring ‘double V neck gussets, boxy cut, and extendo arm cuffs and waistband. Even the intricately detailed inner neck tag looks the part, heavily referencing sportswear tags of the time.

This is where many sweats might stop to pat themselves on the back having done a great job looking at an old example and copying its details. However, Hinoya truly went the distance for all you cotton nerds out there. Created in Japan using a low-speed table round machine, the sweatshirts have actually been made like sweats of the past. Having said that, you can look forward to a break-in period where the sweatshirt will soften and wear in overtime. In other words, you may have to earn your comfort, but it’ll be worth it.
