The Signet Store Collabs With Warehouse For Exclusive Jeans & Fading Contest

Let’s face it, you didn’t need any more reasons to buy a pair of Warehouse & Co. jeans. Part of the famed Osaka 5, the Japanese label makes some of the finest raw selvedge denim goods on the planet, full of nuance, character, and time-honored charm. Well, Filipino menswear retailer, The Signet Store, is making the Warehouse offering even more appealing, with its own exclusive pair of Warehouse jeans which will run in tandem with a year-long fading contest.

First, let’s talk denim. The Warehouse x The Signet Store Contest Jean is made from 14 oz. unsanforized raw yellow-line selvedge denim, reproduced to mimic the look and feel of WW2-era Levi’s denim. But the WW2 influence doesn’t stop there – the straight leg fit with a mid-to-high rise is straight from a 1946 pattern and the inclusion of olive HBT pocket bags harkens back to the cost-saving measures of the war effort, where offcuts of military uniforms were used at every opportunity.

Limited to 100 pairs, the jeans are finished with ornate rear pocket arcuates, donut button fly, copper rivets throughout (including crotch rivet), and a dual-branded waist patch to mark the occasion. Buyers of the Contest Jean can choose any number between 1 to 100 to be stamped onto the waist patch, serving as an identifier of its owner.

The fade contest will run for one year from April 1st, with the chance to win one of following prizes for the best pair of faded Warehouse x Signet Store Contest Jeans:

First place:

Two pairs of Warehouse denim jeans and one denim jacket of choice from the Signet or Warehouse web-store.

Second Place:

One pair of Warehouse denim jeans and one denim jacket of choice from the Signet or Warehouse web-store.

Third Place:

One pair of Warehouse denim jeans of choice from the Signet or Warehouse web-store.
