Here at Heddels, we’ve seen plenty of wallets come across the Fades Desk. However, we can probably count on one hand how many tobacco pouches have come through. That’s why we are lucky to add Alex’s Gusti Leather Company Tobacco Pouch to the archives.

Spending his time in London, you can bet your arcuated bottom that this tobacco pouch has seen some pub and bar time. Being thrown on countless counters and tables, surely soaking up ounce upon ounce of whisky, beer (and grime) over the years, who would have thought foreign liquids and sketchy germs would be the key to unlocking some major patina?! Seriously, at its 2-year check-in, this thing has gone through some monster aging, yielding shade upon shade and hue up hue of brown from light and bright to dark and toasty. However, all the while, the supple shine, well, shines through letting us know it is just getting started, not only aging like a fine wine, but aging with a fine wine in tow.
