Swoop Into Spring in Freenote Cloth’s Hawaiian Navy Hawk Shirt

Spring has well and truly sprung and summer is more than on the horizon, in fact I can almost smell the char from a disposable barbeque, but nothing screams summer quite like a Hawaiian shirt in all its flamboyant glory. Freenote Cloth have come through with one that simply should not, and most probably could not be ignored in the form of their Hawaiian Navy Hawk Shirt.

A passion project involving 3 brothers based in San Juan California obsessed with producing American made garments using the highest quality Japanese sourced fabrics, fitting here as the true original Alohas were made from recycled Kimono fabric. This beauty boasts being sewn in the USA and cut from a 55%/45% rayon/cotton printed plain weave fabric from Japan and said print is simply Eagle-tastic!

A regular slightly boxy fit throughout houses a familiar camp collar up top, pleated shoulder seam, and engineered cut pocket. The custom mother of pearl fisheye buttons and label come from Italy to finish off what is the best shirt I’ve seen for a while.
