Forget Summer, Iron Heart is Still Dropping God-Tier Leather Jackets

Bikers rock denim and leather whatever the weather. And while that tongue twister is certainly a generalization, it’s not without any evidence. Look at legendary motorcycle-inspired label, Iron Heart, who stay dropping end-tier leather jackets while riding into summer.

The latest rendition of Iron Heart’s Riders Jacket comes crafted in Japan from vegetable-tanned horsehide, sourced from Himeji — Japan’s leather tanning capital. Not only is this sturdy hide veg-tanned — it’s also pigment-dyed brown — meaning that with wear and ridin’, the pigment will slowly fade, revealing the natural tone underneath. When we use the term end-tier whilst talkin’ about leather jackets, that’s the kinda stuff we’re lookin’ for.

Iron Heart’s Rider’s Jacket is modified to a custom silhouette. This ain’t Grandpa’s Cafe Racer. They’ve fitted this Rider with a point collar, heavyweight two-way YKK zipper, dual zippered chest pockets, dual handwarmer pockets, and action-ready pleated shoulders for mobility. The cuffs also come with zippers to fit the sleeves over your gloves, and the whole jacket comes lined with cotton duck for comfort. Everything is sewn up in Japan by skilled craftspeople using super strong polycotton stitching to ensure this jacket is with you for the long haul, whether you plan on mounting a motorbike or not.

Available at Iron Heart for $2050.
