Studio D’Artisan Continues Band Rip Tee Efforts with Green Day-Inspired Design

Welcome to paradise with the Studio D’Artisan US Cotton Print “since 1979” T-Shirt. Leave it to SDA to continue making high-quality tees in Japan with graphics that keep us cackling, blending the imagery of pop culture landmarks with their playful pig branding. This time around, Green Day’s Dookie, a definitive touchpoint of ’90s American rock music that celebrates its 30th birthday this year.

The shirt takes inspiration from the nuclear blast depicted on the album’s cover, but with an SDA twist, which of course, features their iconic Pig mascot flying a plane.

Despite the Basket Case design, these are printed on some of the nicest T-shirt blanks you can find. 100% American cotton (hence the American flag on the hem) woven in Japan, with a vintage-inspired regular fit. SDA’s novelty tees don’t tend to get reprinted and they sell quickly, so grab one in your size while you can or you’ll be walking down the Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

Available for $51 from Hinoya.
