Whole-y mackerel! Division Road never stops bringing the top-tier collabs. These Viberg x Division Road Ridgeway Wholecut Boots in C.F. Stead Stone Waxed Kudu leather look like the complete package – and not just because the entire upper portion of the boot is cut out of one piece of gorgeous full grain premium leather, but that is a really appealing feature.
Wholecut boots look insanely clean and emphasize the level of craftsmanship that only a legendary bootmaker like Viberg can gracefully pull off. This kind of construction also allows this gorgeous waxed kudu from C.F. Stead to do all the talking. Due to the wild nature of the Kudu, leather from its hides is completely unique with nicks, cuts, and interesting grains. This doesn’t impact the integrity of Kudu leather, it just makes it look insanely cool right out of the box.
DR and Viberg formulated these Wholecuts on their highly versatile mid-length 2030 last, which sits pretty on a durable-as-hell Ridgeway sole. These boots also feature an antiqued leather midsole, full leather lining, formed leather toe, copper finish eyelets, reinforcing back stay, and include two sets of laces. Each pair is handcrafted in Viberg’s Canada workshop.
Obtaining these is a way to secure a life-lasting boot with a unique silhouette, with the Goodyear welt construction making them completely re-craftable. If you’re wholly set on these, know that they’re limited to 24 pairs.
Available for $985 from Division Road.
