Made in small batches and weighing in at 17.5 oz, Pure Blue Japan’s Beige Core Indigo is anything but boring.
Named after its beige yarns that are rope-dyed indigo, these aren’t your average raw jeans nor will they fade like them. So beyond the incentive for cool-looking pants, these will fade with a subtle, mirky brown hue instead of bright white. Thanks to time on low-tension shuttle looms, this heavyweight, unsanforized denim is distinctively slubby, which only adds to its unique profile. And while the fades will be dirty, the silhouette will always be clean. PBJ’s 003 fit flaunts a classic straight silhouette fit with a nice high rise that’s ripe for the tucking.
Each pair is made in Japan with branded iron buttons and rivets, 5-button fly, chain stitched hems & waistband, lambskin leather patch, and finished with a one-wash treatment to remove shrinkage.
