Vests are great. They can be worn as an outer layer or mid-layer, adding different textures that can unlock a killer outfit. The Logan vest from Vancouver’s HAVEN is not only a great layer builder but is also super functional.
Whilst we’re on the topic of layers, this new version of HAVEN’s best-selling Logan vest is constructed of three different, layered fabrics in Canada— a rugged, washed canvas cotton, a WINDSTOPPER fabric by GORE-TEX LABS and Primaloft Gold insulation. The washed canvas cotton means that, even though this vest uses technical fabrics, it doesn’t look like you’re off to climb Mount Fairweather. Meanwhile, the WINDSTOPPER and Primaloft Gold mean that you’re protected from the wind and the cold.
As with all HAVEN’s pieces, there is some lovely attention to detail, here, namely adjustable drawstring hems and lush microsuede-lined pockets. Each vest is handmade in Canada and comes finished with mesh internal pockets and a branded neck label.
