Bartack

What does Bartack mean?

A sewing procedure that reinforces stress points on jeans- usually zippers, front flies, pocket openings, and crotch joins of inseams. Thankfully there is a bartak machine.

Heddels explains Bartack

This stitch is found on nearly every pair of denim. It is a closely spaced stitch that forms a band or a bar.
