We’re glad to have you as a part of our community. Now that you’re on board, there’s a couple things to explain about how it works.

On Heddels.com

You’ll notice that you’re now on the ~Members Only~ part of the site. This will allow you to access the content exclusive to Heddels+. In order to get here, you need to log in via the button in the top right corner of the Heddels nav bar (see below).

From here, you’ll be able to reference this same area for key pages like the Forum, members-only Discounts, and Account management.

You will be able to navigate the site just like normal and view all the articles that are published just for members. You’ll also stay logged in, so this is something you shouldn’t have to worry about very often.

Giveaways

Congratulations! You’re already entered into all giveaways for your membership! All members are automatically included for everything we’re giving away. We’ll announce all giveaways via an article on the site plus on all of our social channels, but you’re already in it to win based on your membership. You don’t have to input your email, like and tag two friends, or crochet us something (although we wouldn’t mind!).

All winners will be picked via random number generator from the pool of members. If you win a giveaway, we’ll contact you via the email address you signed up with and you’ll have 24 hours to confirm for fulfillment. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll go back to the random number picker and find someone else.

Discord Chat Community

You should have already received an email inviting you to join our Heddels+ Discord server, and we highly encourage you to do so! You’ll have the opportunity to get (and give) buying advice, share your latest fades, ask questions, and just shoot the breeze with all the members of the Heddels+ community and the Heddels writers and editors.

We’ll also have visiting guests on there from a variety of brands and retailers if you’d care to pick their brains as well. AND you can give us direct feedback about the kinds of articles, discounts, and giveaways you’d like to see.

All we ask is that you remain respectful of all the others in the community to create a welcoming and accepting environment. Hate speech and threats of violence are grounds for revoking membership.

Discounts

Discount codes and our discount roster will change every month.

If you’re a Type 1 member, we’ll keep you updated with the Heddels Shop discount on the site, on Discord, and via email when the code changes.

If you’re a Type 2 member, the discount list will exist on the site and via email when the list updates or changes.

We ask you to please keep these codes to yourself, they’re here to help out people who are helping the community. Sharing discounts online is grounds for membership revocation, so please don’t do that.
