This week&#8217;s edition is a pair of F2001&#8217;s from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heddels.com\/tag\/the-flat-head\/\"><em>The Flat Head<\/em><\/a>, sent in by Florian Wuersch of Jersey City, New Jersey. After three-and-a-half years and untold <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heddels.com\/2011\/03\/how-to-wash-and-clean-your-raw-denim-tips-instructions-video\/\">washes<\/a>, Florian has created something to behold.<\/p>\n<p>He wore and washed these bad boys frequently over their service time, though they&#8217;re now in retirement and a pair of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heddels.com\/tag\/stevenson-overall-co\/\"><em>Stevenson&#8217;s<\/em><\/a> have taken over. But Florian says outside of the Stevenson&#8217;s and a pair of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heddels.com\/tag\/roy-2\/\"><em>Roy&#8217;s<\/em><\/a>, nothing has come close to his adoration for this pair.<\/p><div class=\"related_posts evergreen_funnels\"><h3>Like this? The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heddels.com\/dictionary\/whiskering\/\">whiskering<\/a> in both the lap and knees is unique, as some of it goes vertically and diagonally as opposed to the usual fully horizontal configuration, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heddels.com\/dictionary\/honey-combs\/\">honeycombs<\/a> complete the package along with the nearly blown out back pockets.<\/p>\n<p>May these Flat Heads enjoy their well deserved retirement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TGIFF: Thank God It&#8217;s Fade Friday!
