We know you love seeing beautifully faded<\/a>\u00a0blue jeans every day worn by committed denim heads, but today we’ve got something that speaks to a whole other form of commitment. Courtesy of Sven Howard from Istanbul, Turkey, today’s FotD<\/a> showcases a pair of Converse<\/em><\/a> Leather Chuck Taylor All Stars<\/strong>\u00a0worn for a whopping seven years and three months.<\/p>\n

Thrashed and beaten is an understatement when referring to these kicks. Undoubtedly the reason they even lasted this long is due to the leather body rather than canvas, but at seven years even Sven says it’s getting harder to put them on every day.\u00a0He tells us that his feet will inevitably get wet every time in the rain, and that giant hole doesn’t help him stay warm either.<\/p>
