Ah, a rare locale gracing this edition of Fade Of The Day. We were starting to think there weren’t selvedge denim jeans in Sicily, Italy, but Gianvito Caruso’s submission dashed those concerns. Let’s check ’em out.

Even if Gianvito had left out the make and model of his jeans, our first guess would’ve been a pair of The Flat Head, due in large part to the hallmark vertical falling they imbue once the indigo wears and fades appear—and this pair of TFH 3001 has ample vertical falls. The slubby nature of the jeans has also began to show, as the lightest areas of the jean are littered with dots and specs of white, highlighting the hardy texture of the jean.
