In addition to their year-round staples for women seeking a quality button-front shirt, Tradlands traces the arc of the seasons. Their rotation of summery prints and breezy linens is transitioning to more substantial flannels and plaids. As this week marks the official start of fall, there’s no better time to welcome their FW16 collection of eight mid-weight cotton flannels.
Each shirt is designed by the SoCal-based Tradlands duo of Sadie and Jeremy Roberts, from fabric sourcing to final details. Tradlands keeps a gal’s figure at the forefront but channels an aesthetic mentality informed by heirloom-quality mens shirting. That means a tailored, relaxed fit with an eight-button placket (guys: boob gap is a real thing). And it’s all produced by a small team in the US.
Earthy neutrals and vibrant, vintage-y plaids round out the collection. All are available for $167 at Tradlands.
