Fade of the Day – Oldblue Co. IDxBR Brown Weft 15 oz. (9 Months, Unknown Soaks)

Oldblue Co. flies the flag for Indonesian-made jeans and given their previous appearances on our daily fade features, it’s not hard to see why. Coming straight out of the brand’s homeland, Heddels reader Fandi Hidayat has submitted this pair of Oldblue Co. IDxBR Brown Weft 15 oz. after just nine months of wear.

Fandi’s Oldblues are looking very solid, considering the relatively brief time he’s owned them. From the stark honeycombs behind the knees to the carved-in whiskers that claw down the faded lap, these jeans are just a few humid months away from grail status. The brown weft of this 15 oz. denim has yet to make a real impact, but we suspect it will give these Oldblues that ‘dirty-fade’ look once the remaining indigo breaks down.
