Lady White Co. 9oz. Fleece Sweatshirt

If I were ever to start a brand, I would follow the exact same model as Lady White Co.. Phil Proyce premiered the brand at Inspiration LA less than two years ago with just a white t-shirt. By placing so much emphasis and effort on just one item, he not only minimized the amount of money he had to outlay, but he also made a really impressive, dare I say perfect, t-shirt.

After focussing on plain white tees for nearly a year, he started making them in different colors and then with pockets. Progress was minuscule, but it was right and it was sustainable and he was able to continue making products at the same level of quality.

Now, nearly two years later, Lady White introduces a sweatshirt, and it looks like it lives up to its tube-tee pedigree. The Fleece Sweatshirt is a 9oz. knit pullover with cotton from North Carolina and milled and sewn in Los Angeles. All seams are flatlock stitched and that ribbing at the hem is just gorgeous, it was custom made in Burbank in the style of vintage varsity jacket hems.

You can continue on this journey with Lady White for $165 at Self Edge.
