Amsterdam Denim Days Makes Its Fourth Return

While some might conjure up images with shades of orange, green, or red when they hear “Amsterdam,” in a couple of weeks visitors to the Dutch capital will only being seeing hues of blue. For the fourth year running, denim heads from all walks of life will soon flock to The Dam for the annual Amsterdam Denim Days festival.

In true fashion, Denim Days is packed to the rafters but still aims to offer a little bit of something for everyone. From April 17-23, various denim events and product launches are on deck around the downtown core as part of the “City Center Program.” Halfway through the week from April 19-21, denim fabric sourcing show, Kingpins, will open its doors for industry professionals (along with the “Transformers” denim seminar on the last day). Towards the end of the week from April 21-22, indigo consumers, enthusiasts, and obsessives can make their way to the Blueprint Festival for a smorgasbord of denim-themed workshops, lectures, markets, popup shops, exhibitions, and more.
