Rather than distressing this cardigan straight to hell, Stevenson painstakingly hand-weaved thin shreds of 3.5oz. 100% cotton denim together using a flat knitting machine to create this beauty you see here.

Stevenson constructing said material into a classical robe has resulted in something undeniably magical, something appropriate for The Dude himself, or for a denim wizard. Sometimes it’s the simple garments (like a robe) that are the most interesting- the texture here deserves magnifying, sure to grow only more beautiful with time and wear. Relaxed in fit, made in Japan, the Shredded Denim Cardigan features include a detachable belt at the waist, two hand pockets at the hip, and 3/4-length sleeves.
