Scale Your Apartment Walls In Gramicci’s Shell Gear Short

For those who still haven’t dipped a toe into the (ever-deepening) Gramicci well, you’re only punishing yourself. There’s a cut for everyone — this isn’t copywriter bullshit either — they do all of the shapes. Their stuff is designed to take an absolute beating, the materials are great and they don’t traffic in uncomfortable wares*. Anyways, it’s Hot™ out again and, despite rumors to the contrary, Baggies aren’t the only nylon shorts worth your time. With that in mind, Gramicci’s Shell Gear Short is a great zag, which somehow handles itself as well at the park as on multi-pitch trad climbs.

*(If you’re wondering, I don’t get paid by the brand, but I happily would. My climbing is mids, but I can wear the shit out of some belted pants)

Made with a teched-out 100% polyester fabric, these outdoor standards feature a button fly with a built-in nylon belt, a little hook at the waist for your things, deep pockets at the sides that wrap around the waist, and a generous 9-inch inseam to keep them thighs safe when you’re off-roading.

Also, I’m not here to say that all pants should have a built-in belt, but if a majority of them ended up that way, I also wouldn’t complain.
