A perfect blend of western wear and workwear. That is the bounty that Indigofera is blessing us with this fall season with its Alamo Shirt in an aptly named, drab adjacent “M*A*S*H” colorway.

Made from cotton twill and featuring contrasting brown buttons, we are treated to a unique color combination in the button-down rotation. Showing off an updated take on classic fit, you get the old-school roomy-ness that gives you a full range of motion without all the extra length, but with the width from original examples. In other words, no tuck needed. Not to say this wouldn’t look great stuffed into a pair of jeans, khakis, or corduroys but you get the idea. But of course, the main event here are those chest pockets often found on vintage cowboy shirts — not quite sure if the shape was tied to their original functionality but they definitely hold stuff and look good doing it.
