Fade of the Day – A.P.C. Petit Standard (13 Months, 2 Washes, 1 Soak)

If you’re a conventional denim head who believes jeans need to be worn as an outer layer to achieve fade greatness, today’s Fade of the Day is here to prove you wrong. Nathan Fetsch of Washington has worn these A.P.C. Petit Standards for just over a year, regularly under his work coveralls, and the fades came all the same.

If you wear coveralls at your job, it’s safe to say you’re probably doing manual labor, which would explain the fade pattern and giant crotch blowout we’re seeing here. Even still, Nathan earned some great knee and thigh fades with nicely developing honeycombs to boot.

It might take some professional assistance to repair that crotch, but these A.P.C.s aren’t ready to be hung up just yet.
